  • Not sure if I will be able to exercise today. I pulled my lower back (again, sigh) and it is really twanging. I am so tired of my back hurting, I am really hoping exercise and some weight loss will help. I might try to do some stretches and some yoga and see if it will loosen up enough to work out.
