Well, this was an interesting month. I was down 0.8 mid-month, but bumped back up higher than my starting weight by 0.4. I've starting snowboarding again, which reduces my cardio days at the gym (to save my legs) and I've been sore most of the month. My knee/legs have been swollen the past couple of days due to our yearly tradeshow/conference, but I really expected to break 140 this month. I'm going to have to get really strict about staying on plan see loss, I suppose.
I'm thinking as I'm typing, and I have been really tired this month. It has been a busy month. Back to the drawing board for March.
