    Well, this was an interesting month. I was down 0.8 mid-month, but bumped back up higher than my starting weight by 0.4. I've starting snowboarding again, which reduces my cardio days at the gym (to save my legs) and I've been sore most of the month. My knee/legs have been swollen the past couple of days due to our yearly tradeshow/conference, but I really expected to break 140 this month. I'm going to have to get really strict about staying on plan see loss, I suppose.

    I'm thinking as I'm typing, and I have been really tired this month. It has been a busy month. Back to the drawing board for March.

    I started the month at 143.2 and weighed 140.8 this morning so I lost 2.4 lbs total. I'm so close to being out of the 140's.

    Also, it's official, we are going away for Spring Break in mid April so I want to get as low as possible by then. It's been so cold and my workouts have not been where they used to be at but I'm trying to do well with my calories and drinking. It's been especially hard balancing going out and not ordering frou-frou drinks :-( like my friends have. There's just too many calories in them :-'(.
  • I basically maintained my weight for this month. I only am up .2 LBS. I finally started back doing weights and started doing an indoor walking dvd. Good Luck, Everyone!

  • I definitely didn't hit my goal but my weight went down, not up, so it's still a win in my book!

    Awful month. I've lost absolutely nothing. TOM still hasn't shown up, although I'm at the age where that happens, and I'm still all bloated. Added to which I managed to half-fall down a flight of steps a few days ago so I've been off my feet. Very glad to see the back of February. It was stressful for lots of reasons and I've falled off the chocolate wagon more than a few times. Hoping for MUCH better things in March!

    I will lose 5 lbs in March, but cannot weigh daily. I aim to weigh weekly, hopefully Wednesday, but Friday is a back-up weigh-in day.
