Whatcha eating today IPeeps!! Late winter-Early Spring 2019 edition (January-March)

  • Hi all - if anyone is out there!! Starting up again today- 1/9/2019!

    B - built bar, coffee
    L - 2 c riced cauliflower, 1 c chkn broth; 1 c cucumbets; Kays Protein cookie bites
    D - 8 oz gr beef with 1/2 c rotel tomatoes, 1/2 c cucumbers
    Sn - built bar, hot tea

    Lots of water all day!!

  • I started Dec 29 so Friday completes two weeks for me.
  • I restarted October 26th and down 24.6 so far. Feel great! Looking forward to keeping it off this time
    Glad to see folks are still around.
  • Day 2 - and feeling good. I really want to keep this up. I wish this forum was more active...but I am still here!

    Day 1 and Day 2 - 1/22, 1/23

    B - PB quest donuts, coffee
    L - 2 c riced cauliflower with spices; quest birthday cake bar
    D - unstuffed cabbage roll soup
    Sn - built bar, hot tea
    Lots of water!! Be back tomorrow...😁

    B - peanut butter Quest loaf, coffee
    L- salad with 1 c cucumbers, 1/2 c tomato
    Chocolate pudding
    D - 8oz gr beef, 2 c cabbage
    Sn - built bar, water
