New here so Hello!!
I was wondering if anyone knew of an option on the IP Phase One if most of the packets are making my mom ill - it’s the whey and milk content and it seems the vast majority of them have those ingredients.
Is there a way to do IP without the packets?
She will talk to her coach but I was just wondering and thought I’d ask here. We are doing the program together but I don’t have the same intolerance to milk and whey like she does.
I searched some of the posts but most were older and I know the packets are different/many more are available now than a couple of years ago.
