I'm new here. Today is day 2. I already discovered I messed up a little bit yesterday, so trying to prevent that today!
My coach said whole eggs are ok and count as 1 oz. protein. So what about egg whites? I've seen multiple recipes with IP foods mixed with egg whites. Doesn't seem like one or two egg whites should count as an entire ounce, given that a whole egg with yolk is one ounce. But don't feel like it should be ignored.
Thoughts?
