    Welcome to our new 2% weight loss challenge! Post your weight at the start of the challenge or on joining the thread and your 2% goal. To find 2% of your weight multiply your weight by 0.02. Round up to whatever units your scale measures ie 0.2, 0.5 or 1.

    First one to lose 2% is the winner and starts the new thread.

  • flower My normal intake is 120oz but I try to get more when I can. I have been feeling rundown and icky lately and it has been hard to hit 120.
