Hi there, I’m new and love mini goals. I’m not ready to start today but I’ll keep following this thread.
I set my goals to get below the 0’s and 9’s (I.e., 189 sounds better than 190 and 184 is better than 185). Pathetic? Gotta trick the brain somehow!
Words to live by: You’re not a dog so don’t reward yourself with food!!
