  • Hi all!

    Weighed myself today for the first time in a almost week! Been trying to do the Dr. Oz Total 10 Diet for rapid weight loss and just hoped that I would see some change if I didn't touch my scale for a few days. I wanted to wait until the diet was over (Sunday) but i couldn't wait. And of course, no change:

    Goal: 110lbs - I'd settle for a consistent 112lbs

  • omg I cant seem to get it together. I was tired of going back and forth and I do much better with plans so I purchased the tone it up nutrition plan yesterday. I will let y'all know how it goes. Also bodybuilding.com has started charging for access to their plans so I have to adjust my training plan.

    So today is a new day 1 ( a little scary with the holidays but I will try hard to make good decisions). Goal: 123 lbs.

    Same. I don't get our bodies. It's not calories in calories out, because I'm sure we didn't take in an extra 7,000 calories!
