19 days---

  • My first mini-goal is to be near or at 150 in the next 19 days. We have something special planned & I'd like to be well on my way so that I can enjoy the special activity but be focused on the goal too. The best way for me to do that is to see change. I'll post back as we go through the next couple of weeks how it is going. Good luck to you all in your mini goals too!
  • So, I got as far as "near 150" during that September push last year - went on our special trip - had a blast - then came home & regained that loss over the holidays. Back in business on Jan 1 & almost back to the 153. No special event this time, just need to be able to wear the clothes I have & not purchase new ones due to size!
