Something different

    If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got. So I'm trying something different. I've dieted since I was 11, when mum 'helped' by tying to get me to lose some weight. (For you amateur psychs that's my story right there...)
    I've had some success but ultimately nothing has worked permanently. Yet.
    I hate food. I wastey life on it and finally want to put it back where it belongs - my body's fuel. That is it.
    So I'm hoping there are like-minded people out there who will listen to my pathetic rantings and offer some advice as to how I can restore the balance in my life.
