  • So Fitbit is showing that I input a 13 minute walk on MFP on 8/4. That makes no sense to me at all and I'm not gonna count it. I don't remember doing it...or any reason WHY I would have done that...instead of letting the Fitbit clock it. So that has to be an error.

    But I did do 50 minutes of mostly lap swimming.

    aaaannnd that was it for the long, lazy weekend.

    So: 465 + 50 minutes = 515 minutes.
  • 25 Min workout this morning. (Getting back to it has been really hard)

    515+25=540 minutes
  • 540 + 30 min yoga=570 min
  • 30 min workout yesterday
    31 min workout today

    61 + 570= 631 Minutes

    50 minutes yard work last two days + 631 = 681 minutes
  • 681 min + 58 min walking + 10 min yoga=749 min
  • 8/9/17 walking 27 minutes at noon and 11 minutes after work = 38 minutes
    8/10/17 walking 23 minutes at noon
    total 61 minutes

    749 + 61 = 810 minutes!

    30 min this morning

    30 + 810= 840 Minutes

    I set a goal for myself this week to go M-F to the gym before work and I just have tomorrow morning left. I think I am going to try to do Sat/Sun as well. Perhaps a 3 mile walk in the park since I have a 5K in October. Very excited about it. Have a good night everyone.
  • 20 min of yoga this morning

    840+20=860 Minutes
  • 860 + 60 min yoga +180 min walking=1100 min
  • 60 minutes over last few days + 1100 = 1170 minutes.
  • Finally back at it!

    14 minute walk yesterday (8/14)
    15 minutes on the elliptical this morning and 21 minute walk at lunch today

    total of 50 minutes

    1160 (correcting Ubee's math ) + 50 = 1,210 minutes!

    35 minutes walking at lunch.

    1,210 + 35 - 1,245 minutes
