First.... congrats on the progress you've made so far!
Second, enjoy the journey. Never make reaching your goal feel
like a chore but a way of life for you. I suggest enrolling in activities you
will enjoy but will also bring you weight loss results (like kick boxing
or a favourite of mine... YOGA & swimmimg as an example).
Continue to focus on your outcome & you will certainly get there.
