Mini Goal 1: Get below 200 lbs

  • I started my weight loss plan 2 months ago and I'm making progress slowly, but surely. I'm anxious to get below 200 lbs. My starting weight was 226 and I I weighed in yesterday 206.9. Looking forward to reaching this goal by the end of July.
  • First.... congrats on the progress you've made so far!

    Second, enjoy the journey. Never make reaching your goal feel
    like a chore but a way of life for you. I suggest enrolling in activities you
    will enjoy but will also bring you weight loss results (like kick boxing
    or a favourite of mine... YOGA & swimmimg as an example).

    Continue to focus on your outcome & you will certainly get there.
