  • I'm ending June at 149.6. My goal is to meet 145.6 at some point in July. So a loss of 4 pounds.

I'm going to wait until mid July before I weigh again.

07: 147.4 (I weighed in sooner than I'd originally planned)

    14: 147.2

21: 146.8 ... It'll be a stretch, but dropping 1.2 pounds before the month ends is in the realm of possibility.
22: 145.6 ... Well that happened much more quickly than I'd expected...

    28: 144.2
    29: 143.2
  • Looking forward to JULYs thread xxx
  • I want to loose 15 pounds by end of July (SW 225, shooting for 210 at the end of July)
  • This will be my first full month back, so I will be setting my goal for 10 lbs down for July. It's been slower to start back up, so I need to stay extra focused and try to hit my goal. Knowing that I could have been under 200 lbs by now or within the next week or so is a little frustrating, and I am hoping that will keep me motivated for the month of July. Best of luck to us all!

  • I'm definitely in! My goal is to lose 15 pounds this month! Right now I am sitting at 239.6. Hoping to get to at least 225 by the end of July. I have a lot of family and wedding functions coming up this month, so I need this Challenge to help me stay accountable.

    Good luck everyone!
  • I'll weigh in in the morning and post my SW, but my GW is 6 pounds lost. One of my neighbors is an avid hiker and we walk our dogs together in the evening a couple times a week. She and I are doing a miles challenge, and I've been challenged to get 50 miles in in July. Which averages to 1.62 miles a day. Challenges keep me accountable and keep me working hard/motivated every day!

I feel like my GW numbers are always very small, but I've had eating disorders before and my relationship with a scale is not always the healthiest. I've also lost 60 pounds before, and then gained it all back. So this time around I'm losing slower and making sure I'm building habits and have a healthier relationship with food, my body, and my scale.
  • My goal for July is to loose 8 lbs THATS 2 lbs a week I cant weigh in every day as I am in a mh unit BUT the days I sleep at home I will-It keeps me on track

    GW: 209

    = 8 LBS.
  • I always seem to lose 2-3 pounds and then move back up about 1.5 pounds before going down again! Frustrating. But doggo and I did 2.44 miles tonight. The next few nights may be questionable for long walks - my dog is deathly afraid of fireworks. So this weekend is pretty much her nightmare. I also worked 10 hours today and am working 10 hours tomorrow. But we still got a good walk in tonight, so I'm feeling motivated!

    SW: 260.4
    CW: 260.4
    GW: 254.4

    July 1: 260.4
  • My goal for July is to lose 8lbs. I'm doing okay with diet right now but I really need to work on the exercise side of things. Working on a computer I'm pretty much 100% sedentary and on a normal day struggle to get in anything more than 3000-4000 steps. So my focus for the month is 10,000 steps a day + an exercise video 3 times a week for toning.

    SW: 195lbs
    CW: 185.5lbs
    GW: 133lbs

The only way I can keep my weight in check is to weigh every day, so here goes!

    July 1st: 184.3lbs
July 2nd: 185.5lbs (+0.75lb) I did everything right and still put on some
  • Well not starting off July well. Went out yesterday to celebrate Canada Day and ate crap and had a few too many Painkiller's (a meal in a glass - yikes). But today the diet starts in ernest.

We are off to a brunch at a friends house soon. It's the first one for us at a new friends place as we moved to Grenada 3 months ago and are slowly meeting people. Hope there's salads and veggie sticks! Haven't really done grocery shopping since getting back from our vacay but off to the good grocery store tomorrow so will get replacement veggies then.

SW: 163 (yes I gained 3 lbs in the last few weeks)
    GW: 158

Let's aim for 5 lbs again and cross my fingers that I don't gain 3 more!!!! ouy ya vey

    Good luck everyone
  • Lack of sleep/rest is starting to negatively affect me. I've also been working early mornings which throws off my real weigh in. Will post an update tomorrow morning. Another 10 hour work day today, but hoping to have the energy to do another 2 miles this evening with doggo. Not sure when fireworks are going to happen tonight, but hopefully we can get out and back before they start.
