LurchMomma: As it is, I don't really eat big portions. I get full pretty fast. I usually can eat half a normal sized plate at a restaurant and sometimes only 1/3. The problem comes, when I eat all day. My biggest issue are snacks!
And to be honest, I rather not have ANY fast food at all. Even small portions of that will probably throw me off. You are almost at your goal weight!!
That's great!
Ubee: Well you see, I am trying to lose 2 lbs a week. 1.6 < 2.0 hence I didn't reach my weekly goal. Which in the long term translates into not reaching my October goal, which would make me very sad. And no, 0.4 lbs don't matter that much of a difference, I know... but if I do this
every week then I'll be pretty far off.
So, before it's too late... I'll try to reevaluate and see if there is anything I have been neglecting. I don't want to have any regrets, if I don't reach my goal and I did my very best, oh well... it will still be better than not having lost anything. BUT, if there is something that can be done, if by any chance I can do something about it. Then, I'm going to try. So yes, it was a bad week. I didn't reach my goal. I am not heartbroken, but a bit disappointed.
kfunk6113: I know that in the past, I have ended up stalling because of the quality of calories I was eating. Say when I start I eat lots of fruits, cheese and veggies. Some months in, I find myself hardly eating any fruits, and having replaced them with cookies. Still eating the same amount of calories. It happens gradually too, so sometimes I don't notice per se. I might be eating too many salty things, or sweets... So, I should be more careful with that.
