  • 5/23 - 15 minutes elliptical and 28 minutes walking.

    2350 + 43 = 2393 minutes!
  • 2393 minutes + 35 minutes yoga=2428 minutes!!
    WE ARE DOING AWESOME!!
  • 30 min lunch workout
    40 min AquaFit

    70+2428= 2498 Minutes
  • 2498 + 25 minutes yoga + 60 min wfc lower=2583 minutes

    If we all keep working hard we can make 3052 minutes by the end of May....we can do this...just keep going!!
  • 2583 minutes + 56 minutes walking=2639 minutes

    we are a little over 400 minutes from goal!!!
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.
    Walking 27 minutes.

    2639 + 47 = 2686 minutes!
  • 2686 + 90 min wfc upper + 10 min yoga=2786 minutes

    Ok everyone. Keep moving over the weekend....we are almost there!!!! There is no giving up!!!!
  • Only 15 this morning on the elliptical and whether I walk at lunch is up in the air....but for now:

    2786 + 15 = 2,801 minutes of exercise!

    Not bad when you consider there's only really 3 of us pitching in here!

    I'm going on vacation as of tomorrow...so we shall see on the amount I manage to get logged in.

  • 2836 + 50 min walking=2886 minutes
  • 2886 + 30 min yoga + 60 min wfc core=2976 minutes
  • 2976 + 40 min yoga + 50 min walking=3066 minutes
  • we did it!!!
    we did it...we made goal!!!!

  • I really intended to come back while it was still May...but I didn't. Soooo....

    May 28 - was a big workout day, and the last in May. So...just for accuracy...
    15 minutes elliptical
    45 minutes weights
    20 minutes elliptical
    27 minutes walking

    total of 107 minutes

    3146 + 107 = 3253
