after my power walk, I did 2 miles leslie sansone. took the bus to a nearby community this afternoon. power walked and ran errands there. after I got home, I put the shirts I bought today away and rested up a bit. then, I went for another power walk and ran two more errands. my fitness goals for today have been attained.
