  • Had 30 minutes walking yesterday and another 20 on the elliptical this morning.

    632 + 50 = 682 Minutes of exercise!
  • 30 min wfc core
    682 + 30=712
  • It's me again. Lunch walk yesterday was 30 minutes. Elliptical this morning was 20. Lunch walk today (not much time) was 12. So...62 minutes.

    712 + 62 = 774 minutes of exercise!
  • 774+ 9 min arm weights and 35 min candlelight yoga = 818 minutes
  • Tuesday
    50 min AquaFit
    Wednesday
    20 min dance

    818+50+20=888 minutes of exercise!
  • Just got back from my lunch-time walk.

    888 + 34 = 922 minutes!
  • 992 + 30 min wfc core + 35 min candlelight yoga + 9 min arm weights= 996

    We are so close to break 1000....we are doing awesome
  • I was tired today and late - but I at least got on the elliptical for a bit.

    996 + 16 = 1,012 minutes!!!
  • 30 min wfc yoga + 1012=1042 minutes
  • 80 minutes start to finish at the Y last night, elliptical, weights, more elliptical.

    1042 + 80 = 1122 minutes
  • 1122 + 9 min arm weights + 30 min wfc abs + 35 min candlelight yoga=1196
  • I worked out an hour on Mon., Wed, Thurs and 30 mins on Friday - I worked out to Valerie Bertineilli's Losing It and Getting Fit DVD
  • Adding in terras minutes
    1196 + 210=1406
  • 1406 + 35 min candlelight yoga + 30 min wfc lower=1471
