Has simply filling *not* worked for anyone else?

  • Just let me know if I'm a freak or something....
    I really wanted simply filling to work. I loved the idea of it. It was awesome.

    But, it's just not working for me because I don't seem to have a great grasp on 'when you're satisfied', as well as that even though all the tasty carbs are simply filling foods...I need to venture out a bit.

    So, I am not going to be surprised if I gain this week.

    I'm wondering if anyone else has tried simply filling and found that it wasn't for them.
  • I don't think it would work for me. The whole reason I joined WW is because I needed some guidelines and boundaries, so SF just seems a little too loose for my needs right now. I am really, really happy planning my day and counting points. The last time I did WW and SF was an option, it was huge, huge mess for me. I know it's perfect for some people, but I am not one of those people.
  • I tried it but it didn't work for me because there are certain healthy foods I eat regularly that are not Simply Filling foods so would have to count points for them (for example, I eat a serving of nuts almost every day).
