Day 1

  • 1st day on low crab went ok.. Had bacon and sausage for breakfast. Rib tips no sauce for lunch and pepperoni pizza toppings. For dinner no veggies😐 need to get the hang of it again. But glad I made it through day one . was so tempted to "start tomorrow " glad I didn't. Taking it one day at a time..sometimes one hour at a time😉
  • Keep going, the first couple days are the hardest. It gets much easier a couple of weeks in.
  • Thank u neko. Made it thru Day 2! Had sausage patties for breakfast left over ribs for lunch steak n salad for dinner. Wondering is I should weigh daily or wait until next Monday. ..haven't decided
