  • What I plan to garden for this year is to help supplement my fasting routine. Three years ago I did this and was able to eat all straight from the garden 3 out of 4 days a weeks for 3 months.
    Tomatoes, peppers, jalapeno,onion, cucumber, pumpkin, turnip, eggplants.
    I use intermittent semi fasting. On Monday, Wednesday, Friday I have only 600 calories. So having a garden during late summer helps cut my individual food bill in half. My limited space I try not to plant veggies that I may buy cheaply at the store in late summer.

    Plus I really enjoy working and tending to the plants.
