  • Time for a new thread.
  • Interval walk. I try to do a plank every day..........usually 1 min.........don't always make if that long.
  • Walk, kick and jab and tummy trimmer.
  • Morning.
  • 15 min. bodyflex.
  • Half of flexibility walk.......my computer is acting up again.
  • 2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands after I got there but before I punched in.

  • thanks! my fitness goals for today have been attained.
  • Burn body fat and sculpt arms mile 1......sans weights.
  • Ended up not feeling too well yesterday. My last exercise really wore me out.
  • carolr, so sorry you ended up not feeling well. just got back from a power walk and running errands. will work out with leslie sansone in a few minutes.
