Hello all I'm Crystal or my friends call me Crissy or Yaya thats what my grandbabies call me.I'm 5'5 started around 300 I have lost about 137 my current weight is 163 which bothers me I was 153 last month either way the bmi says I should be 111-150 so thats where I am now so 20lbs ia my goal 133 Thanks all I look forward to chatting with some new women like myself😄
