Guess I did this wrong... I was updating my original post.
For wk 9/8 - 9/14 add 330 minutes of exercise: 60 min yoga, 150 min walking, 120 min water aerobics
For wk 9/15 - 9/21 add 180 minutes of walking, 30 min horseback riding (damn rain!)... chauffer duty and grandson duty kept me away from the Y...
