25 kg (55 lb) gone!!!!

  • I plateaued out a great deal over the last couple of months, due to physical laziness, and eating too much honey and dried fruit. But now I've re-committed to losing the last of this weight, and I'm officially 25 kg down!



    I'm starting to see some loose skin though, and ideally I'd like to lose another 16kg or so. What can be done at this stage to prevent it?

  • Congratulations on your amazing loss! Sorry, I don't have any tips for loose skin; I've heard people recommend cocoa butter for both loose skin and stretch marks. I purchased one for the stretch marks on my tummy but haven't really used it yet.
