  • Yesterday I did ok all day, then I picked up my sister at the airport (she's in town) and went to my mom's and had dinner (rice with spinach, chicken, soy beans with sausage), which was ok, but ended up eating too many brownies. I didn't know she was going to have dessert.

    So I told my sister I might take her to this Brazilian barbecue restaurant which opened up a year ago. It's all you can eat and a lot of food. I have been wanting to go for a long time. I haven't gone out to eat in months. Maybe I went one time last month with co-workers, but that's about it.

    I am debating if I should go or not now. I don't want to spoil my goal. Maybe if I work out like crazy this weekend, and stick with the meats and veggies it should be ok.

  • Happy belated birthday, kelijpa! It can be kind of a relief when things get back to normal, food-wise.

    7: 91.35 (yo-yo, but I'm pretty sure it's just natural fluctuations and sodium -- my plan is working for me)
  • I didn't weigh in today or yesterday. Yesterday was just a lazy day... No exercise, nada. I'm pretty sure scale moved up a little bit yesterday. My sister is still in town, and it's hard to focus on this challenge right now, going to my mom's for dinner doesn't help.... Hubby is out of town this week, will try to be good today. I will keep on truckin, will update tomorrow...
