If I say it out loud, maybe I will actually do it!

  • I feel if I make small goals every week and report back it might make me more accountable and actually do them.


    I am super stressed at work and thus eat my stress away and am too tired to wake up at 5:30am to go to the gym. You know the cycle. So time to nip this in the bud and get back on track.


    My goal for the rest of the week (keep in mind it is half way done) is to go to the gym 3x and only eat out once.

  • Today I ate 5 Lindt balls and 2 squares of chocolate. I want chips. Sigh
  • Those cravings kick in I hope you enjoyed the chocolate! I know that dark chocolate is something I have to keep an option. I tell myself high quality only, no cheap stuff!

    Have you tried kale chips? I love that they're also salty and crunchy
  • Sounds like an excellent plan, and I hope work gets less stressful.
  • I dont go to the gym but I do work out to a DVD every Mon. & Thurs. for an hour and I walk outside when the weather is nice. I only eat out fast-food or sit down menu eating once a week.
