I feel if I make small goals every week and report back it might make me more accountable and actually do them.
I am super stressed at work and thus eat my stress away and am too tired to wake up at 5:30am to go to the gym. You know the cycle. So time to nip this in the bud and get back on track.
My goal for the rest of the week (keep in mind it is half way done) is to go to the gym 3x and only eat out once.
