I’ve been sloppy with my calorie intake … but cleaned it up a bit this week and saw the welcome results. (I'll post in a bit)
Sassy – sorry I didn’t get back to you re a ticker. What I did, when I wanted to make a ticker, was click on one I like. It appears people are using the 3FC ticker or tickerfactory. Once you’ve gone to the specific sight it is self-explanatory. Then, you go to the signature page for 3FC and add your ticker there. I use the tickerfactory and copy and paste the url link into the box. PM me if you want more specifics. ENJOY!
