    Well, you don't have much weight to lose. If I was 181.8, I would be in skinny heaven.
  • Tuesdays are my weigh-in days. Down 11, 9 to go, but hoping to stretch an additional 4.7 and be below 260 by September 22. Gonna take a LOT of exercise...sigh.

    I hope everyone is doing well this week…

    I’ve been sloppy with my calorie intake … but cleaned it up a bit this week and saw the welcome results. (I'll post in a bit)

    Sassy – sorry I didn’t get back to you re a ticker. What I did, when I wanted to make a ticker, was click on one I like. It appears people are using the 3FC ticker or tickerfactory. Once you’ve gone to the specific sight it is self-explanatory. Then, you go to the signature page for 3FC and add your ticker there. I use the tickerfactory and copy and paste the url link into the box. PM me if you want more specifics. ENJOY!

    Boatingmommy – I had my first fresh tomato two days ago … OH YUM!! WTG counting EVERY point when you were camping and boating … and awesome job doing the power walk!! I’m sure you will see the results on the :

    EMERALDberry – WTG 11 pounds!! You said it’s been slower than you thought - I have found things have slowed down for me these last few SUMMER months. I’d be curious to see if there is a trend for most people…

    Scottie12 – 4 pounds in one week is AWESOME!!

    Davisag – being down 1 is better than being up 1. EVERY little bit works!!

    MonteCristo – is it really cheating if it is planned? This is a life journey … and somedays we just PLAN to eat different from our norm. But we get back on the path and eventually the pounds HAVE to behave and fall off … because there is no other option. I once told someone “I can eat anything I want! This is NOT a diet… it’s a life style, and today I choose to eat this!” ENJOY!! GREAT JOB!! -10.6!!

  • I'm not real thrilled with my results ... but, I've been sloppy. I tightened things up this week - not just with my eating but with my busy-ness and I have seen the results ... today 234.8. Looking forward to the rest of this week At this rate - I need to lose a little more than 2 pounds a week in order to make the 20 pound goal by 9/22. That is DOABLE! I just need to get my head back in the game!! to everyone!
