Hey all!
I just joined as I need all the support I can get lol!
I am Laura, 33 from Bristol England and I am once again trying to lose weight! I have in the past but always put it back on frustrating!!
I am 163lbs and my aim is to be around the 130lb mark.
I am currently doing meal replacements and excercise
