I'm new to this thread and I just put in an order for my first TSFL box on the 5 & 1 plan. I've tried everything else, so I figure this can't hurt.

Hi and good luck! If you want to post on an active thread, check out June accountability thread which is under support groups. I post there regularly and have never heard of TSFL. I will look it up.

TSFL is the same as Medifast. The only difference I think is that you can do it on your own and don't have to go to a Medifast center.
