Kinda freaking out how'll i get through the first month or two?

  • Hey all,

    I'm starting again. I went up to 15 stone in 2013 managed to lose about 2 and a half and then relaxed and i'm now back to 14!!
    I was always around 10 stone until 2013 and i feel like i'm only truely looking at myself as i am now. I have a week of healthy eating done so far (well tomorrow i'll have a week done) but I'm sticking out of my clothes and nothing looks good in the shops .
    I am NOT going to enjoy the next two months till i have enough off to feel good again. Help ? I know I'm gonna do it , I'm super determined but August cannot come quick enough !!! Anyone in the same boat or any advice would be great . Thanks in advance to anyone who replies
  • Make sure you HAVE a cheat day. Weight loss is suppose to be a fun and happy change so enjoy it. Having a cheat day actually helps you improve your metabolism AND stops your body from going into starvation mode, while keeping you motivated because you can still eat the yummy foods you enjoy.
