Nutrisystem newbie - do I just eat whichever meal I want?

  • So I have this big box of food now and a smaller box for the Turbo week. But I don't know where to start. Do I just make sure I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus two shakes, and my veggies? Does it matter what those meals are, like how I pair them up? I am wondering the same for once I'm out of the first week, do I just make sure I tick off each checkbox or do I want to pair the foods in a particular way?

    I'm in line for counseling now but the line is kinda long so I may not get to talk to someone before I have to leave for work so I thought I'd just pop in here to ask for some advice. =)


    EDIT: Nevermind, finally got someone to help. I was overthinking this by a long shot. xD
