My BMI, though still obese (is that morbidly - always such fun descriptors the medical community gives us) has decreased. I am trying to find extra ways to spurn my thought process on during my journey - so as of today when I started I was 39.1, today I am 35.1. To get into the next bracket I have to loose lots more, but hey I felt like celebrating this 4 point difference!
