Deb I did even better! I was up 3.8 pounds this morning.
I ended up having some extra stuff that I didn't plan to have, like chicken wings! I haven't had them in years (actually, I can't even remember when I had them last) and decided to indulge. I didn't even like them, so it wasn't even worth it. Oh well. My plan is to stay 100% on plan this week and just try to get off the gain I had from yesterday. This weekend is Valentine's so I don't want to battle this gain and that gain. After this coming weekend, I need to get focused on the Christmas gain. Geesh!
