and to this thread. I was blessed with a deer the last day (Wed.)of the season and today I am able to look around again. Whew! The no soda diet is a good one, one that I took some time ago and gave the habit up for life.
Chunkahlunkah, doing great and almost to 21 days. It's good to look at your habits, we all are so busy that reflection becomes imperative.
So I need more indoor exercise as the weather turns and will start with a small change, hoping it leads to bigger changes. My challenge is to do a minimum of 25 situps a day starting today.
Day 1 - Tues.18th - 50su, a good start.
