    I did a gym session yesterday - modified as I've got a sore foot ..... Not even sure how it happened - maybe overuse .....

    Diana - I am feeling really good ....thank you. Scale a bit static but hopefully it is only a matter of time ....

  • Hi Everyone!

    I didn't think I was going to be able to get a workout in today. I needed to finish up the last of my monthly office stuff, dust and clean the office and clean the bathrooms. This usually wears me out since it takes a couple of hours of straight work. After I finished the office and was moving on to the bathrooms, I turned off the computer since I doubted that I would feel like working out. After I cleaned the bathrooms, I decided that I would look for a short but fun workout. And I did exactly that. I feel accomplished after getting it all done. Now to get home and cook dinner.

    So my last workout of the Month (as it is Sunday evening here) was a 30 min beginners cycling class and a half hour stretching/yoga class - all in the virtual room .....

    Today: Turbo Fire: core 20 and Leslie Sansone Fat Burning 2 Miles with 5 pounds weights and bounce! Am sick of Turbo - love Chalene but sick of Turbo!
