    Jacqui_D: It was at least partially dehydration. I am also prone to bouncing around a lot withing a few pounds. So hopefully it'll keep going down soon!
    You're very close to 169! (And wow! That's normal weight for you! ) Here's hoping we both (all) get to our goals or beyond this month!

    Stren003: I'm sorry you're so busy and stressed. That's never easy. I hope things let up a bit for you soon. Have you thought about doing maybe even 5-10 minutes of an indoor workout just to keep the habit of regular exercise? Then when you can do more, you'll still be in the routine.

    Penny, well, almost. 164 is considered the highest end of the "normal" weight range for me. Like you, I tend to bounce around quite a bit within the same numbers, but that usually comes with a nice whoosh afterwards! I'm hoping that's the case this time. I've been stuck in the 170's for a week now and I expected to be back down to 169 a couple of days ago. Oh well! It's not a race. I just have to keep going! And yes, let's hope we all reach our monthly goal!

    MumofMany, I just looked up the Alevere Diet. I hope it works well for you! I could not do it (I don't have that kind of discipline), but I believe there's a diet out there to suit each of us, so good luck! And congrats on being a bit down on the scale! :

    I am 170 again today. My plan is to drink lots of water and to get to the gym. My problem right now is I hate to go out in the winter weather, but it's not even COLD winter weather yet, lol! I need to get to the gym!
