    Total Loss for December: 4lbs.

    I exceeded goal for vacation but ended up gaining a lot, but thats ok. I'm pretty happy that I took a 9 day vacation and ended up with a loss for the month. I also went out to dinner last night and was bad. And I bought hubby and I a couple bottles of wine for tonight. But I've worked out every day since I've come home.

    Congrats to everyone that stuck with it in Dec and those of you that struggled like I did, lets recommit, be real good in January and kick some butt!

    12/27: 150.4 lbs - Woot! Back to just below last weekend's low. I'm getting closer to goal but probably not possible to lose 1.2 lbs by Friday, since I'm off work all week. Work helps me stay on plan....must stay focused
