Found books in the cupboard for jigsaw. I did this diet about 6 or 7 yrs ago maybe longer! Cross between WW and SW. I wondered has anyone on here done the diet and what type of results they had. I quite fancy giving it a go. I know there aren't any classes or website now. Thanks for any advice x
