    Yesterday: 5 miles, 20 min step and 21 min get moving 2

    Today: 3 miles Hiits, 10 min step and I have work

  • Back from pt and my Walmart walk. Ha.

  • 10 min. on the eliptical.
  • Brisk and steady and flexibility walk.
  • 5 more miles tonight. My pedometer shows just over 10 miles on it, whew.

    I was so sick to my stomach this morning. 3 is all I could manage, but I have work and I will try to do more later.
