Sage2's New Goal: Log

  • Not to go too deeply into all this but I've re-evaluated a lot of things in my life and set a new weight management goal.

    THE GOAL: 125; THE TIME FRAME: Roughly December 27, but I don't honestly care if I hit it then or at some other time; THE METHODOLOGY: Same as always, calories in/calories out, will blog here as usual; THE SUMMARY: There is no summary, that's it.
  • Calories 08/21/2015: 2335

    Exercise: 6,300+ steps; 10 min. calisthenics

    Although I weigh daily and log that privately, I will only be posting weight here and changing my ticker on Sundays.
