Stuck!

    Straight into it... I'm feeling stuck and hard to lose some weight!

    Basically I can barely find time to hit the gym, study full time and eat properly while living on campus.

    Throw some questions at me, help me tackle the problem and try to help me find a good solution!

    What are you eating now? How much weight do you want to lose?
  • Sounds like you have a lot going on. What about trying a low sugar diet, like Atkins, south beach? It will make you feel better, give you more energy, and you lose weight too! Some prep work to getting started but it helps if you can't get to the gym.
