  • I was horrendous last month. With two rides scheduled I need to regain my consistency. No more listening to excuses. My goal is for my "skinny" uniform pants to fit comfortably by the end of the month.

  • I missed my goal for last month by quite a few hundred minutes. I should be able to hit goal this month, since we are going to Disney at the end of the month, I can do 5 miles in one day there, so I am going to aim high for July and goal will be 1500 minutes

  • I was terrible at tracking again last month, but great at moving. I am not getting as much intentional exercise as I want, but lots of task related exercise.

    July Goal: 1000 minutes planned/intentional exercise. Restart the squat challenge
