I'd like to say hi

  • Hey people!

    I'm new here and ready/willing/needing to lose quite a bit of weight! I'm about 12 stone right now and I'd love to weigh 10.5 stone at the maximum.

    My exersice plan is to walk to the gym (25 mins), do at least one hour of cardio/muscle training and walk back again. I know it's not all that much but I have quite a busy life. I work 40 hours, am also a freelance artist and a mother of a 2 year old girl.
