    Thanks Jessie, My shifts at work are different 2 to 3 days out of the week. so yes it can throw everything off.. We can and will keep moving forward the best way we can..

    I only ate supper last night, dr app, then shoping all day with my daughter for her baby shower today. I noticed I don't lose as much if I don't eat enough.. Im gonna have to figure out food for the day I guess, cause Im wont eat the usual baby shower food... to bad they couldn't have steak...
