10 Days In The Life Boat #130

  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • I'm back in the boat and my goal for the next 10 days is to really stick to my WW plan and check in here daily.
  • Hey J-Ann joining in, my goal is to work out at least 7 days of the next 9 and stay on track with my eating (which for me is 1700 calories or below) for at least 8 days, no binges even if I go over my caloric goal.
  • My goals are:

    To workout for 30 minutes for 4 days out of the week.
    To not eat over my calories
    & to not weigh myself a million times a day.
  • My goal is to see the 330s. It's been a long time and I feel like it's long overdue and I'm going to celebrate with some celery sticks when I see it, lol.
  • I climbed out of the water this morning. I need to realize that I can't reach goals by putting them off.
  • Overate big time tonight *ack*, haven't exercised yet either, hoping to get it in before bed tonight, I'll post either way.
