    I went to strength training today. I've been doing this 2x a week (with a few days off here and there) since August and today he said "you have a vein on your bicep!" And I said "WHAT I DON'T WANT THAT!"

    I am not okay with wearing sleeveless shirts! This hasn't happened in probably 20 years. Also bought shorts! I live in Florida and have not worn shorts in probably 20 years also. Through the hot summers, even last year when I was at goal I always wore jeans.

    All this exercise is paying off!

  • There is no video clip of Leslie's new dvd so I watched some of the other people. It would be hard to get used to someone new.
