Hello all,

I'm really ready to start the plan, but my copy of the workbook is from the library and I can't write on/tear out the worksheets. I searched the forum and couldn't find anything.

Anyone have them electronically? I keep seeing links on google, but they lead to nowhere.

Hi mccoy07,

I've never heard of files of the pages in the Beck workbook. Folks that I know who've used the workbook either copied the pages themselves, or made an Excel spreadsheet to capture the information.
