There's nothing quite as frustrating as doing everything right and not seeing any results. Been on plan and getting exercise in since monday and have been a steady 198.6 to 198.8 all week.
I know its likely water and weight loss is not linear. That doesnt mitigate me wanting to whine about it a little.
At least it did this in the right order. Faster than normal drop until I hit below 200, THEN it stalled out. Two more weeks before I start shaking things up to get moving again
