Got a peek this morning. 199.4. I'm not switching threads until I see a weekly average under 200, so maybe this weekend, maybe next weekend. And I may bounce up and down for a bit, but still very exciting to see this morning.
I was back down to 199.4 again this morning, which put my average for this week at 199.88, so I'm officially moving over to this thread now and hoping to move down a bit more this weekend.
I've been tracking my weight since 2005 and have never gotten lower than 190.2, so getting out of this thread will be especially exciting for me, since I haven't been lower than 190 for probably 15 or 16 years. 191.4 will also move me into overweight instead of obese, which is also exciting. So this will be a fun weight range for me to move through.
I've been on a roll this week and am down to 195.2. Almost halfway through this thread. Slow first two weeks of February, but this week has been much better.
I had to open my mouth. Here it is 8 days later and I'm still hanging around the same weight. 195.4 this morning. Saw as low as 194.4 one day, but I was sick and almost certainly dehydrated.
I finally started lifting weights after a couple of months not lifting. I have been doing a little cardio. I started doing a walking dvd. So hope to have a better month. Good Luck, Everyone!
