    Between traveling and my TOM, I'm not sure where my weight is this week. I've been enjoying a lot of the German cuisine, but also walking a lot. I'm not worried about it though. If I don't make this challenge, I'll make the next one.

    Back down to my lowest weight so far. Would be nice to wrap this challenge up with a little loss next week. Fingers crossed.

    So pleased with this, because this week included going away for the weekend for my 30th birthday. Had three amazing meals out in restaurants where I just chose the 'best' possible thing then ate it without worrying, and also had a few drinks....still down for the week is a great thing to see. Previously that would have been me, not just off the wagon but burning the wagon with a flamethrower. HOPE that means I've got the right attitude this time. Still going for the goal at the end of the week of 209lb......go self!

    04/13/2015: 193.8 (-2.0) [-4.6 total] This is a very nice trend!!
    04/20/2015: 195.0 (+1.2) [-3.8 total] TOM week but I had lost 0.5 inches from my hips
    04/27/2015: 196.4 (+1.4) [2.0 total] Weigh-in after a week of vacation, not good, but at least I had lost 0.5 inches from my thighs
    05/04/2015: 195.4 (-1.0) [3.0 total] A much better sign, plus I lost 0.5 inches off my bust and another 0.5 inches off my hips!!

    Sorry I have been MIA for a while. Vacation plus dealing with end of the semester deadlines (I am taking 2 classes to get into a LVN-RN bridge program) has made life crazy !! While it is frustrating is to see increases on the scale, the decreases in the measurements tell me I am still on the right track and eventually the scale will catch up.

    Very pleased... has definitely helped me to know I 'have' to post here on a Monday morning - provided some more motivation. Thank you!

    I managed to push past my goal this challenge. I feel very successful. I'm glad to have these mini challenges to help tackle the bigger one. I hope everyone else has a good Mother's Day and some great losses!

    Happy Mother's Day everyone! I'm pretty happy with this result. I'm at the point in my weight loss where losses are a lot less linear. I average about a half to three quarters of a lb per week now. These challenges really help me to see that these little ups and down are pushing my weight down over time.
